Configuring the Edge Fleet

In this section, you'll set up Cribl Edge to collect data from multiple Kubernetes Sources. In order to use this data, you need to transform it and set up two Destinations: Loki for logs and Prometheus for metrics.

While Cribl Edge supports almost all the same sources and destinations as Cribl Stream, we have chosen Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana (also known as the PLG stack) since it is open source and container-native — and we like our friends over at Grafana.
